Return & Refund Policy

At InvitesForYou, each order is custom-made and uniquely designed for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Custom Orders

All invitations and printed materials are made to order based on your approved design.
For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has begun.

By approving your design proof and completing payment, you confirm that all details (text, colors, spelling, and layout) are correct.


Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Changes may be possible before production begins
  • Once printing or processing has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your invitations. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (not matching your approved design)

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a resolution based on the issue

Order Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all proofs carefully
  • Ensuring all personalization details are correct before final approval

We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.


Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages

However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.
